Marispan Presents Launches, Including Technological Partnership with Jacto 

New solid distributors arrive with advanced and versatile solutions, such as the 3-in-1 Machine

Marispan’s participation in Agrishow 2025 promises to go down in history, with launches expected to impact the sector. 

There are new products in the company’s two main lines: front-end loaders and solid distributors, featuring innovative resources aimed at bringing efficiency to farm work. “Marispan serves a very specific niche in the agricultural market with equipment for routine activities, so we develop items that aim to evolve farm work and increase productivity with versatility and autonomy,” stated Director Paulo Nascimento. 

Among the highlights for this edition of the event, in the solid distributor line, is a partnership established with Jacto for the supply of technology applied to one of its pieces of equipment – the Otmis Kit for Fertinox 1500. 

The kit offers precision agriculture features and celebrates a technological partnership between Marispan and Jacto – a benchmark in spraying equipment and technology solutions for agribusiness. 

The solution brings more connectivity and control to the solid distributor, making fertilization operations easier and improving performance. 

The displays feature a touch-sensitive screen, promoting easy and clear interaction, in addition to controlling the equipment’s functions simply, making work more practical and efficient.

It enables the demarcation of application boundaries and the possibility of working in straight lines and curves, as well as controlling fertilizer application, considering area, quantity applied, application rate, and tractor speed.

When applied to the machine, there are several advantages over conveyor belt actuation, such as dosage compensation according to working speed; GPS control of the applied area; automatic adjustment by the system; application management; variable rate option for applying the necessary quantity, with greater economy. 

Its components are display, antenna, computer, module, and wiring harness, which is connected to the tractor battery. “We have adopted this technology developed by Jacto in all our solid distributors, delivering more benefits to Marispan customers with an already validated operational quality,” Nascimento pointed out.

Fertinox 4200 Multipurpose 

The new solid distributor was developed for precision fertilization, being a 3-in-1 machine, allowing the application of organic compost, granular fertilizer, and lime. 

The innovation boosts field results and offers uniform application with versatility and efficiency in solid distribution. 

It features an easy-to-change kit, providing greater utilization of inputs, practicality, and efficiency in large-scale fertilization. 

The equipment has a honeycomb conveyor belt and already comes with included kits, allowing the application of both granular fertilizer and organic compost with practicality. Its corrosion-resistant stainless-steel structure ensures high durability, even in the most demanding field conditions. 

With a capacity of up to 4,200 kg and 3,000 liters, it is ideal for large farms, especially coffee plantations.

Fertinox 4200 Citrus 

This solid distributor was developed to meet the large solid distribution demands of citrus growers, in particular. It performs targeted distribution (ideal for citrus, coffee, and forestry crops) and broadcast distribution (suitable for grains and corn). 

It features a gear-driven conveyor belt, which provides greater distribution efficiency and more ease for the operator. 

Its distribution width varies between 1 and 4 meters, allowing the application of granular fertilizer, lime, gypsum, and powdered fertilizer. 

It has a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel hopper, ensuring high durability, and a screen grate at the top, which facilitates the breaking of fertilizer clods. 

Its platform with a retractable ladder facilitates fertilizer handling, in addition to the elongated deflector, which aids in adjusting the degree, with a capacity of up to 4,200 kg and 3,000 liters. The bag support has a punch at the tip to enable safe and practical filling. “The machine also features a hydraulic motor on the discs, which brings more safety and greater efficiency. We are eager to present it to the public, who will be welcomed with fresh orange juice,” the Director concluded.

25 Years of Agrishow 

Marispan has participated in Agrishow since 2000, and to celebrate 25 years at the fair, it has expanded its exhibition area. 

In this edition, the company presents new spaces, such as a lounge area with rest options for customers and visitors. “We acquired land next to our booth and invested in a more pleasant and welcoming environment,” explained José Paulo Fernandes Júnior, Tactical Marketing and Communication Specialist. 

According to him, expectations for this year are the best possible, considering the launches that promise to generate interest in the market. “We are strengthening the Marispan brand to be recognized as one of the largest front-end loader manufacturers in the world. Everyone’s participation in this great event that celebrates the new phase of the strong arm of agribusiness is a must,” he concluded.
